Through Facebook, MyConsortHome recently asked homeowners what their favorite features are in their own Consort built home. We received some great and very helpful responses through our Facebook post.
Jenna from Newport won a $500.00 visa gift card through a random drawing just for posting what her favorite feature was!! Jenna said “I LOVE my Juniper in Newport Meadow. We have such an open floor plan and I love my huge master bedroom. The nieghbors are great too.”

“I love the low electric and gas bills that come every month because of the bronze level of “green” Consort built into our home. It’s big piece of the Consort quality pie.” -Diane

“It is so hard to say I have a favorite feature of my CONSORT home as I have many….from the very beginning of the purchase process to now after one and a half years living in my new home. The sales personnel and building superviser could not have been nicer or more helpful. I have the Madison and love everything about it …the 9 ft ceilings, wood floor, open floor plan with still having private areas and the window wall overlooking beautiful trees. Another great plus was during the 3 month, 9 month, and 12 month walk throughs, there was nothing that had to be corrected ! The construction of this home has been superb. STONE CREEK HAS THE BEST NEIGHBORS, TOO (maybe because our spacious lots allow a buffer – LOL)! I can’t speak highly enough about the subdivision. “We are building a madison in countryshire, which will be finished next month! Our favorite feature of the house is the window wall and the bay in the back. “My husband and I are building the Andover model in Countryshire. One of our favorite features of the Andover is the fact that the rooms are large and spacious. However, what we love most is the idea that Consort is using green technologies… to make the home not only look great, but last longer and save us money on our heating and cooling costs in the future. “I’m in Newport Meadow (Norfolk home) and remember looking for a year at homes to build. We are in the country but close to town. Every time I pull up to my home, I still get that I love my house feeling. Built with good bones and 4 years later I still have that new home feeling. Would do it all over again (and just may when it comes time to downsize to a ranch).” -Sharon
