Consort Homes Unveils New High-Fashion Design Collection

Responding to increased customer demand, Consort Homes has introduced its all-new Executive Collection, a portfolio of spectacular designs geared to buyers in the market for a high-end luxury home.  The collection is making its inaugural appearance in The Manors at Schoettler Valley in Chesterfield, and Consort is also making the plans available to customers on their own preferred sites.

According to Bill Wannstedt, Operations Director for the respectedConsort Homes homebuilding firm, “The Executive Collection was developed to address those features buyers are looking for – and expect! – in this price range.”

The introductory portfolio combines two newly-designed 1.5-stories with two of Consort’s most popular upscale homestyles, both of which have been dramatically expanded and enhanced.  Starting from $461,900, basic Executive floorplans range in size from 3,204 to 3,882 square feet.  All showcase a choice of elegant brick-&-stone elevations and include a vast array of fashionable amenities, high-quality construction components, and the builder’s energy-efficient, environment-friendly Live Smart™ package.

Fresh off the drawing boards are the “Magnolia,” with a main-floor master suite, three secondary bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, and the “Newcastle II,” a 5-bedroom plan with the master retreat and a guest suite on the main level, plus the option of a sixth bedroom and fourth bath.

The master suite of the 1.5-story “Bridgeport” is also located on the main floor, and purchasers can opt for a fifth bedroom in lieu of the bonus room and/or a cheerful sunroom.  Rounding out the collection, the “Windsor” is a traditionally-styled two-story with four bedrooms on the upper level, 2.5 baths, and an optional study.

Wannstedt noted that the Executive Collection allows for custom modifications and emphasizes today’s most wanted luxury features – arched openings in the primary living/entertainment spaces; wood flooring in high-traffic areas; designer kitchen cabinetry, premium appliances, and granite countertops; lavish privacy suites with separate vanities and enlarged showers; and additional baths on the upper level.

Although far too lengthy to enumerate, the list of enviable standards also includes 3-car side-entry garages, James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim, 8-foot-tall entry doors, and dual-zone, 93 percent efficient HVAC.
