St. Louis, MO — Consort Homes is excited to announce that FOUR new display homes are being built – one in Carlton Glen (Wentzville), and another in Countryshire Estates (Lake Saint Louis).  The construction is well under way in Carlton Glen, with two of the homes set to be completed by mid to late August, and in Countryshire, with two more new homes set to be completed by early October .

During a time when many builders are making cautious business moves and are reluctant to build homes that aren’t already sold, Consort Homes is moving confidently forward, getting ready for a bright future for the housing industry in the St. Louis area.

In Carlton Glen in Wentzville, the Windsor and the Southport are being constructed with a Grand Opening Date of September 15th. The Windsor is Consort Homes’ most popular 2-story plan.   Always popular with home buyers, the Windsor floor plan features a luxury kitchen with an oversized work island, 4 spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom on the main level and a seated shower and garden tub in the master bath.
The second new display at Carlton Glen, the Southport, is a brand new 1-story floor plan that has recently been added to the Consort lineup of available designs.  The brand new Southport features vaulted ceilings and an updated designer kitchen layout with the helpful addition of utility pantry cabinets.

At the same time, In Countryshire Estates in Lake Saint Louis, two more new displays are under construction.  The Madison plan, which is Consort Homes’ most popular ranch style plan, features vaulted ceilings, a tray ceiling in the formal dining room, as well as an updated designer kitchen.  The Kennesaw, which is a completely NEW floor plan, features a unique open layout in the kitchen and dining area, allowing families to fully utilize what is usually the “center” and the busiest room in the home, the kitchen.  The beauty and luxury of this kitchen is further enhanced by the use of new painted Aristokraft cabinetry.   With a Master suite downstairs that comes complete with luxury bathroom and seated marble shower and tub; this home has the extras in all the right places – making it sure to please.  Other features in this wonderful home include a vaulted ceiling in the great room, a utility pantry, and a corner fireplace in the great room.
After a combined 60 years of building experience in St. Louis, Howard Chilcutt and Ken Stricker understand the local housing market and are excited to offer these new home offerings to the Saint Louis area.
