Consort Homes’ Sales Team to Be Recognized with 2013 SMC Awards

ST. LOUIS, January 16, 2014 – Based on their performance from January 1 to December 1 of last year, three members of Consort Homes’ sales team have qualified for 2013 SMC Awards.

The award program is sponsored by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri and is designed to honor excellence in new-home sales and marketing. Winners will be recognized at a ceremony to be held on February 26.

Eligible for awards in two categories, Consort Homes Sales Manager Erin Whitehead will receive recognition for the total number of closed sales achieved by her staff in all 13 of the builder’s communities during the specified period. Whitehead also works with homebuyers in three Consort neighborhoods – Carlton Glen, Wilmer Valley, and Schoettler Valley – and will be honored with a Gold Level award, which acknowledges sales between $8 and $11.9 million for the year.

Responsible for company sales in Bella Vista, Charlestowne, and Misty Hollow, community consultant Sherry Conroy has earned a Silver Award for sales totaling between $4 and $7.9 million.

Although she joined the Consort sales team several weeks into 2013, veteran consultant Jean Ewell closed a sufficient number of sales at Countryshire and Avalon to qualify her for a Bronze Award, representing a total up to $3.9 million.
