Consort Homes Press Release

ST. LOUIS, August 12, 2013 –    School’s back in session, and opening of the Wentzville District’s newest high school is drawing plenty of attention to Consort Homes’ residential offering at Countryshire in St. Charles County.Liberty High School - Wentzville District

Liberty High School’s incoming freshmen will be the first class to graduate from the new facility, which is located on Sommers Road and adjoins the Countryshire site.  “It’s a gorgeous campus, with state-of-the-art facilities for football, baseball, softball, soccer, tennis, and track,” observed Bill Wannstedt, Director of Operations for Consort Homes.  “And completion of the District’s third high school is clear evidence of the tremendous demand for new homes in this area.”

Reinforcing his statement, community sales manager Jean Ewell noted that Countryshire’s homebuyer traffic has been unusually strong in recent weeks, and she’s anticipating boom sales for the month of August.  “Owning in the top-ranked Wentzville School District is a big deal for our customers,” Ewell remarked.  “It’s the fastest-growing district in the state and adds value to their new-home investment.”

Countryshire is an expansive, multi-village development, featuring numerous cul-de-sacs, a pool complex with covered pavilion, basketball and tennis courts, picnic areas, walking trails, and playgrounds.  Enhancing the community’s appeal, Consort Homes’ three sections offer a fabulous variety of product lines.

Countryshire Manors showcases seven single-family designs from the builder’s popular Hometown Series and another seven from the equally fashionable Inspiration Series, with prices starting from the $190’s.  In Countryshire Estates, buyers choose from seven top-of-the-line Heritage plans, based from the $230’s and all including a 3-car garage.

Emphasizing an economical, carefree lifestyle, the last of Countryshire Townes’ completed multi-level townhomes sold out in May.  Additional construction is expected to begin shortly, however, and interested prospects are encouraged to join the interest list for advance information.  Townhome prices start from the $120’s.

Ewell mentioned that a number of early townhome purchasers have already become repeat customers for Consort Homes.  “They love this community so much that they wanted to stay here when ready for a single-family home,” she explained.

Liberty High School joins Frontier Middle School and Discovery Ridge Elementary in providing quality public education to Countryshire families with children.  All three schools are among the District’s newest facilities and within a mile of the community.

Resident commuters have virtually instant access to Interstates 64/40 and 70; the final leg of the Page extension is projected for completion in the fall of 2014; and shopping, dining, and entertainment are just minutes away.
